Cover of “Generator” by Bad Religion
Here’s a cover of my favorite Bad Religion song “Generator” recorded remotely with my friend Noah Hoffeld on cello.
If you’ve heard the original version of this tune then you know this take on it is much different but that just goes to show that a great song is a great song and will stand on it’s own stripped down to only the bare components. Hope you enjoy!

I don’t care what anybody says, full albums are still important to me and I know they still are to many of you out there. I am extremely grateful for those of you who have shown support for the album so far, thank you from the bottom of my heart. So much hard work went into making this what it is and I’m extremely proud of the end result. I consider myself very fortunate to be surrounded by so many talented friends who contributed in making “Unborn Ghosts” come to life. If you have the time I’d love for you to listen and don’t forget to turn it up loud!
New Single “Haunts Me Now” Premiered by The Big Take Over!
My newest single “Haunts Me Now” just dropped yesterday over at Big Takeover Magazine calling it “a spectral, punk-tinged folk ballad that grapples with the idea that you can’t run from the past—that you must confront your demons.” Check out the feature at the link below!

“UNBORN GHOSTS” Album Pre-order
8/10 Livestream from the Bowery Electric
On Monday, August 10th we will be doing a very special livestream record release show for our upcoming album “Unborn Ghosts” from The Bowery Electric in New York City and we’ll be sharing the night with our pals Don DiLego and the Touristas. Obviously we would love to be embarking on a tour to celebrate the release of this album with you, in person….like it should be. But that’s just not possible right now. Please get your tickets in advance HERE and help us celebrate this release the best we can.
The Bowery Electric has been a home to many of us here in the New York City music community and they have put together a professional team of folks to broadcast these livestream events. Jesse Malin has been doing livestreams from there regularly and if you have seen them, then you know this will be a top quality event.
If you’re not able to tune in on Monday night, your ticket purchase is still good for ONE WEEK to view the livestream anytime. We hope you can join us and come support live music and help save our live venues!
Sincerely,
Adam

PopMatters asked for some insight into the tune for the recent premiere and here’s some of what I had to say-
“‘Madame Marie’ deals with the imagination and the wonder of youth – that time in our lives when we have complete faith in possibility and the unwritten future. There are a lot of references in the song to my heroes, from authors to old blues musicians. People who I’ve always looked at with deep admiration and whose lives have been mythologized. Their spirits live in our imaginations and inspire us in profound ways.
“The song also deals with the struggle to maintain that youthful spirit as we grow older. As we age, it’s like we’re supposed to leave it behind, and if we don’t, we’re bound to get left in the dust. Music has allowed me to hold onto that feeling of childhood wonder, which is sacred, and I’m thankful because if I ever lost it, I’d be a very different person.”
