Tonight at O’briens in Allston we will be having a kick off show where i will be joined by Yazan, Pile and Fax Holiday. Information for that can be found here.  If you live in the any of the above areas come on out to a show and hang out.   

At the end of September I will be heading out on a short tour to the Midwest and back with my friends in Fax Holiday.  I will post details for this trip very soon.  Also, plans have been made for a tour in late February with the Boston sensation, Pile.   I will be joining them on the first fifteen dates down the East Coast and then split off on my own for the duration of the trip, which if all goes as plan should be an additional month.   In other news, the new album is coming along smoothly and should be ready for release by February. Thats all I got for now.  Check back shortly for updated details on the events to unfold.

 Tonight I will be playing in Brooklyn at Muchmore’s with an amazing lineup; Yael Kraus, Rick MaGuire, Yazan and Gregory Mendez.  Then tomorrow night I am journeying to Boston with Yazan and Rick where we will be playing in Jamaica Plain at Barack’s Barrack.  Fax Holiday is playing this one as well.   You don’t want to miss it!

Here in Brooklyn I have been working on an album at Vibromonk Studios which I hope to have released by the end of the year. So far it is coming along great, and I am excited for all of you to hear it soon. As some of you may know, the recording process is consuming; both in time and money.  As a result I have been cutting back on touring and trying my best to stay put for a while.  However, in the next few weeks I will be playing a few shows, mostly sharing bills with good friends.    Here’s where I’m at:

Made it back safe and sound from tour.   It was an amazing trip and like always, made many new friends.  Those of you who helped set up shows, let me crash on your floor, made me food or made me feel at home in your city, Thank you, thank you, thank you.   Your kindness has made all the difference in making this tour possible.  Now that I am home it’s time to get to work on recording the new album, so stay tuned.   This is a picture of me(on the left) staying fit.  Its important to exercise, stay fit and eat healthy, especially when coming back from the road.

Time flies on the road.  So far all our shows have been great.  We have met a lot of really cool and interesting people so far including Larry and his Mother who we met selling handmade dolls on the side of the highway in Lawtey, Fl.  Five more shows to go!
